CONCEPT

The new building features an L-shaped configuration that embraces the heart of Pagani’s production, creating an internal courtyard designed as a space for light, social interaction, and relaxation. The project interprets architecture as a connecting infrastructure—not only physical but also visual and functional—linking different departments, offices, and pathways.

The full-height glazed facades create a transparent and lightweight envelope, while vertical greenery and indoor gardens contribute to a comfortable microclimate and a distinctive aesthetic. The reflective white roofs and integrated vegetation act as active architectural features, aimed at enhancing environmental comfort and reducing the heat island effect. The result is an elegant and conscious architecture that embodies innovation and a commitment to workplace quality.

PROJECT

The intervention consists of an approximately 2,400 sqm expansion on two levels, connecting two existing buildings and housing operational offices, executive spaces, and production areas. The L-shaped layout defines a new internal focal point, while the transparency of the facades ensures visual continuity and diffused natural lighting.

The new “Galleria” link represents the first step of a broader industrial masterplan aimed at boosting operational efficiency and enhancing the spatial quality of the Pagani Automobili campus. Currently under construction, the building integrates harmoniously with the existing complex, optimizing its organization and improving the flow between different corporate functions.

The extensive use of glass allows for a uniform distribution of natural light and reinforces the indoor-outdoor relationship. Choice of materials and colors contributes to a sober and refined image, consistent with the Pagani Automobili identity.

Archilinea, in collaboration with Studio MORE, managed the architectural and interior design, while also supporting the client through construction supervision and safety coordination. The project, scheduled for completion in 2026, consolidates a vision of evolved industrial architecture, merging technological innovation, environmental responsibility, and high-quality workspaces.

INTERIORS

The interiors are designed as bright and flexible environments where natural light, filtered through large, glazed surfaces, becomes a primary design element. The constant connection with greenery and the internal courtyard fosters a sense of wellbeing, translating the brand's values into a person-centered daily work experience.

APPROACH

The project is the result of an integrated approach that bridges architecture, function, and corporate identity. The synergy between Archilinea and Studio MORE ensured design consistency across all phases, from concept to construction. The goal was to translate Pagani Automobili’s values of excellence, attention to detail, and innovation into a balanced, sustainable architecture focused on human wellbeing.
