ARCHILINEA NEXT-GEN

ARCHILINEA aims to strengthen and build organizational, managerial, and digital capabilities to support generational transition and enable a new phase of growth. The project includes the creation of a new governance structure, the introduction of artificial intelligence–based technologies, and targeted training programs to enhance internal resources.

The project “ARCHILINEA NEXT-GEN,” co-financed by European funds from the Emilia-Romagna Region, aims to strengthen and renew the strategic, organizational, and digital capabilities of Archilinea S.r.l., a design and consulting firm active in the fields of Architecture, Interior Design, and Engineering.

The initiative arises at a time of corporate transition linked to generational change and seeks to build the culture and capabilities needed for a new phase of business growth. In particular, the project aims to develop skills useful for creating a new governance structure and improving organizational efficiency, while also promoting the introduction of advanced digital technologies, including artificial intelligence–based solutions for automating architectural and engineering design activities.

To achieve these objectives, the project is structured into several integrated actions:

Assessment of company skills – Analysis of organizational potential and internal expertise to identify areas for improvement and define the most effective development plans.

Consulting for new organization and governance – Support for company leaders in designing a more efficient structure, developing strong middle management aligned with the industrial strategy, and facilitating generational transition.

Introduction of new digital technologies – Evaluation and testing of innovative solutions, including AI-based tools, to support the automation and digitalization of design processes.

Development and planning of training programs – Targeted coaching and training activities, also delivered with the support of specialized temporary managers, to bridge skill gaps and support organizational change.

The project includes a regional contribution of €49,113.00.
