• Prepare technical reports and supporting documentation
• Work closely with the technical and design teams to gather project content and proposed solutions
• Develop the graphic layout and formatting of technical documentation
• Ensure consistency between the technical proposal and tender requirements

What We're Looking For

We're Hiring: Digital Automation & AI Developer

You'll join a technically mature environment where the infrastructure has recently been modernized and follows a clear roadmap toward best-in-class standards, led by our Senior IT Manager with over 35 years of experience. This means you'll be able to focus immediately on building tools and automations rather than spending time fixing legacy systems. You will work closely with our R&D Coordinator and architects specialized in BIM, parametric design, and computational design, following a relay-based workflow: an initial phase of shared prototyping and experimentation, followed by the industrialization of successful prototypes into robust, maintainable tools used daily across the practice.

Your Responsibilities

• Automate internal manual processes, including documentation, reporting, and repetitive workflows
• Develop lightweight web applications for internal use
• Integrate AI models (LLMs) into real production workflows—not demos, but tools used every day
• Collaborate technically with the Jenia team, integrating their AI solutions and continuously improving them within the firm's processes
• Work alongside the IT Manager on infrastructure and data security
• Define and maintain internal software development standards, including version control (Git), naming conventions, folder organization, code structure, and release management
• Experiment with a wide range of AI tools and services, including Claude, GPT, APIs, Grasshopper, n8n, Power Automate, and others, according to project needs

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work independently: you'll be one of the few in-house technical professionals dedicated to this role
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate real business needs into technical solutions
• Comfortable collaborating with external technical partners such as Jenia
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to establish structured development practices across the firm

Requirements – Must Have

• 2–4 years of experience with Python (scripting, automation, API integration)
• Hands-on experience integrating AI model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar). We are looking for candidates who have built real applications—not just used ChatGPT.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for simple user interfaces
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or similar
• Experience with Git/GitHub and software development best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Familiarity with BIM APIs or plugins (Revit Dynamo, ArchiCAD GDL)
• Experience with modern web frameworks such as Next.js or React
• Public personal projects (GitHub) demonstrating independent AI experimentation—we value these more than a long CV
