PROJECT
The project involves the construction of the new Community Hospital in Maranello, a healthcare facility dedicated to intermediate care, with 15 beds and support areas for care services. Archilinea was responsible for construction supervision and for the design and construction supervision of the urbanization works, ensuring coordination throughout the construction phase through to completion.
In the case of the Sassuolo Community Hospital, construction supervision played a central role in controlling and managing the entire delivery process, ensuring operational continuity between planning, execution, and final verification of the works. The activity involved detailed monitoring of construction activities, coordination among the various parties involved, and constant attention to ensuring that the project remained compliant with the approved documentation, regulatory requirements, and the standards required for a facility dedicated to community healthcare.
Alongside this activity, Archilinea was also responsible for the design and construction supervision of the urbanization works, an essential component in ensuring accessibility, functionality, and the proper integration of the new healthcare facility within its urban context. The result is a project completed in accordance with the contract, within the required timeframe, and in line with the implementation objectives of the public funding programme, confirming the importance of construction supervision as a technical, organizational, and administrative oversight function in the delivery of complex projects.
CONSTRUCTION SITE
The construction phase represented a particularly significant stage, given the public nature of the project and its inclusion within the PNRR implementation framework. The works were managed with close attention to the project schedule, contractual requirements, and obligations related to ministerial deadlines, ensuring completion within the established timeframe.
APPROACH
Archilinea’s approach is based on rigorous oversight of the construction phase, combining technical control, operational coordination, and continuous progress monitoring. In a project governed by defined timelines and strict procedural requirements, construction supervision becomes an essential tool for ensuring construction quality, compliance with the project schedule, and the proper implementation of the public works.
